Not necessarily. We first compare your current contracts and situation for free. If your current supplier turns out to be competitively priced and a good fit, we'll simply tell you so.

Can IPCloud really take care of everything, or do you need several providers?

In most cases, yes — we handle telephony, internet, workplaces and security from one partner. For very specific requirements we sometimes work with a specialist partner, but you always have just one point of contact: us.

What does a contract check cost and what's involved?

A contract check is always free and without obligation. We look at your current rates, term and conditions, and show you specifically where you can save — with no commitments.

What happens if we're in the middle of a contract with another provider?

No problem. We take your current notice period into account and plan the switch so you never pay twice or end up without service.

How quickly do you get help when something goes down?

When there's an outage, our own engineers are ready to help within 2 hours on average. With larger providers this often takes half a working day to a full one.
