How it works in practice

Unpack, log in, get to work.

The laptop arrives at the new colleague's home or office with all programs, settings and security already in place. They log in with their own account and can get started.

Updates and security happen automatically.

We keep the devices up to date: updates, antivirus and encryption are switched on without anyone having to do anything. One overview shows which device is with whom.

Leaving? Locked down the same day.

We revoke access on the day itself. If a laptop is lost or stolen, we wipe it remotely and the company data can't be read.

Assessment

We look at which devices are in use, how old they are and what the team really needs.

Set-up

We put together a standard workplace and set up management, so every new device arrives the same way.

Roll-out

New devices arrive ready to use. We bring existing laptops into management.

On-site connection

We come by and connect everything. After that we keep an eye on things remotely and stay close for the first few weeks.

Questions about business workplaces

Are there monthly costs?

No. You pay once for the equipment and set-up, after which everything is yours. You'll get a fixed price upfront in the consultation.

Does this work for home workplaces too?

Yes, and that's exactly where the difference lies. The laptop arrives at the employee's home ready to use, and we manage it remotely. Whether someone works at the office or at home makes no difference to security.

What happens to old equipment?

We take it with us. We wipe the data to the standard and offer the devices for reuse or recycling. If they're still worth something, that amount comes off the invoice.

Can you also manage our existing laptops?

Usually, yes. We check how old they are and whether they meet the security standard. Whatever can be kept we bring into management, so not everything needs replacing at once.
