Coverage in every corner of the building, with a separate network for guests. No more dead spots.
A survey upfront, so we know where the weak spots are
Separate guest network, apart from company data
Walk around during a video call without interruptions

This is what we hear most often from organisations whose Wi-Fi was installed once and hasn't been looked at since.
There's one router from the provider, and further into the building the signal drops.
Visitors get the password for the company network, because there's no separate guest network.
Anyone who walks to another room with their laptop loses the video call and has to dial in again.

We walk through the building and measure where the signal drops. Concrete walls, glass partitions and a warehouse each need something different. After that we know how many access points are needed and where.

Visitors get their own network, separate from company data. They can get online, but can't reach internal files or printers.
The access points hand devices over to each other smoothly. Employees walk from their desk to the meeting room during a call, without logging in again.

We walk through the building and measure where the signal drops.
So it's clear exactly how many access points are needed and where they go.
Mounting and cabling, with a separate guest network.
Afterwards we measure again to confirm the coverage is right.
Stay as you are, or have it surveyed?
Indication
One access point covers about 80 m². How many you need also depends on what's in the walls and how many people work at the same time. The survey upfront tells you exactly how many.

Access points, mounting and cabling
Separate guest network with its own password
Seamless roaming between access points
Check afterwards that coverage is right
A dedicated contact who comes on site
How many access points do we need?
That depends on the size of the building, the number of people and what's in the walls. That's why we survey first. After that it's clear exactly how many points are needed and where they go, without buying too many.
Can we manage the guest network ourselves?
Yes. You can change the guest network password yourself, for example every month or after an event. The company network stays separate.
Does this work with old or thick walls?
Yes, but more points are usually needed. Concrete, old brick walls and coated glass block the signal. We see that during the survey and factor it into the proposal.
Does IPCloud notice when the Wi-Fi goes down?
If you take out management, we see when an access point goes offline. We often fix it remotely; if that doesn't work, we come by.
We'll come by, survey the building and show you where the gaps are. After that you'll know exactly how many points are needed and what it costs.
