Your team already works in Teams all day. We connect your landline numbers to it, with IVR menus, call forwarding and one clear invoice.
Call with your landline number from the Teams app
No Microsoft calling plan needed, we provide the connection
If Teams goes down, calls are forwarded to mobile

This is what we hear most often from organisations that already use Microsoft 365.
Employees switch between Teams and a separate phone system all day, with two places for calls and messages.
The phone system dates from years ago, and nobody dares to touch it because nobody knows who manages it.
A new colleague gets a Microsoft account within a day, but waits a week for a phone number.

The calls tab sits in Teams, next to chats and meetings. Transferring, putting on hold and voicemail work the way employees are used to.

We port your current numbers to Teams. Customers call the same number as always, and no Microsoft calling plan is needed.
Users, numbers and queues are managed in the Teams Admin Center, alongside the rest of the Microsoft environment.

Your numbers, licences and current contracts mapped out.
We build the IVR menus and queues in a test environment.
Number porting at an agreed time, outside office hours.
We visit the team and stay close for the first few weeks.
Stay as you are, or make the switch?

Yes. You need a Microsoft 365 subscription plus a Teams Phone licence. With E5 it's already included. With Business Standard, Business Premium or E3, the Teams Phone add-on is added. In the consultation we look at your current licences and work out exactly what's needed.
Certainly. Teams-certified phones from Yealink, Poly or AudioCodes work on the same number as the app. Handy for a reception or front desk, where not everyone sits behind a laptop with a headset. You choose what goes on each desk.
Allow two to four weeks. Porting the numbers from your current provider sets the pace, as there's a statutory period for it. We set up Teams itself in the meantime, so on switch-over day all that's left is to flip the switch.
Your organisation stays reachable. We set up a fallback rule that automatically forwards incoming calls to mobile numbers during an outage. Customers won't notice anything, even if Teams is temporarily down.
We look at your current licences and numbers and tell you exactly what's needed. Usually a concrete proposal within one working day.
