Manufacturers, contractors, hauliers and car dealers rarely work behind a desk. We make sure customers can always reach the team, that employees on the road can access drawings, orders and job sheets, and that a lost phone doesn't become a data breach.

What's at play in this sector
From the first crew on the shop floor or building site to the evening breakdown call.
The crew is on the road, a customer calls the office.
A call group forwards to the mobile of the project manager or planner.
Business telephony →On site, the latest drawing or order is needed.
Drawings, orders and job sheets in one place in the cloud, including on phone and tablet.
Google Workspace →A ‘supplier’ reports a new bank account number.
Email filtering and a callback check stop the payment from going to the wrong place.
ICT security →An engineer or driver loses their phone.
Two-factor authentication and an encrypted device, so customer data isn't out in the open.
Mobile telephony →A customer reports a breakdown.
Time-based routing sends the call to the engineer on duty, or AI customer contact logs the report.
AI customer contact →The rules and agreements around documents and data in this sector.
Since 1 January 2024, Dutch contractors hand over a consumer file at completion. With good document management, that file is ready without searching.
Parts of manufacturing and the transport sector may fall under the Dutch Cybersecurity Act (NIS2). Clients who fall under it also impose requirements on their suppliers.
A lost phone with customer data can be a data breach you need to report within 72 hours. Encrypted devices with two-factor authentication limit that risk.
In Dutch construction, the summer shutdown falls between mid-July and late August, depending on the region. In logistics and trade, the autumn run-up to the holidays is often busiest.
The services that make the biggest difference in this sector. Everything from one partner, with a dedicated contact.
What organisations in this sector ask us most often.
Can the breakdown line go automatically to the engineer on duty?
Yes. With time-based routing, a call outside office hours automatically goes to whoever is on duty, or AI customer contact takes the report.
How do we secure the phones of engineers and drivers?
With two-factor authentication, encrypted devices and clear agreements on what happens when a device is lost or someone leaves.
Do we need to keep the completion file digitally?
Under the Dutch Quality Assurance Act (Wkb), you hand over a consumer file. Keeping it digitally and well organised makes that easy, and a backup keeps it safe.
Do we need internet on the building site or in the warehouse?
For drawings, orders and calling via the app, a stable connection helps. We look at what's possible per location, from fibre to a mobile connection.
Tell us where the team will be working in the coming months and where things go wrong now. We look at the office, the shop floor and the site, and tell you honestly what's needed.
