Do you know what's in place?
Request a free quick scan of your current security.

Firewall, antivirus, two-factor authentication and employee awareness. We set it up properly and keep it maintained, so a phishing email doesn't turn into downtime.
Two-factor authentication on all accounts
Antivirus and updates on every device
Employees learn to recognise phishing

This is what we hear most often from organisations that call us after an incident, or just before one.
A colleague gets an email from “the director” asking for an invoice to be paid quickly. They pay it.
Antivirus was bought at some point, but nobody knows whether it's still running on every laptop.
A client or insurer asks which security measures are in place, and nobody knows what to fill in.

We go through accounts, devices and network and make an overview of what's in order and what isn't. The result is a list ranked by risk, not a fifty-page report.

Two-factor authentication, antivirus, updates and encryption. These aren't exciting measures, but they stop most attacks. If you want more certainty, we deploy Sophos MDR: specialists who monitor the devices day and night and intervene immediately on suspicious activity.
Most incidents start with an email. In a short session we teach employees how to recognise phishing, and what to do if it does go wrong.

We scan accounts, devices and network and show where the gaps are.
Two-factor authentication, antivirus and a firewall on every account and device.
A short training, so the team recognises a phishing email.
We keep updates and settings up to date, so everything stays in order.
Stay as you are, or have it arranged?

The amount depends on the number of users and devices and on the measures already in place. We start with a scan, after which it's clear exactly what's needed and what it costs.

Does IPCloud comply with the GDPR?
The GDPR requires appropriate measures to protect personal data. We take care of the technical side: access, encryption, updates and backups. We sign a data processing agreement and document what's in place, so it can be demonstrated when someone asks.
What happens if something really does happen?
Get in touch straight away and we'll pick it up immediately. We lock affected accounts or devices, find out what happened and help with recovery. If personal data has been leaked, we also help with the notification.
Can you assess our current security?
Yes, that's always where we start. We go through accounts, devices and network and deliver a short list of what's in order, what isn't and what needs attention first.
Which security software do you use?
We work with Sophos, which protects more than 600,000 organisations worldwide. Every device runs next-gen antivirus with EDR, so unknown threats and ransomware are stopped too. Where needed we add a Sophos firewall, email and phishing protection and phishing training for employees. Everything is managed centrally, so we immediately see which device needs attention.
Is anyone watching outside office hours?
With Sophos MDR, yes. A team of security specialists then monitors the devices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and intervenes immediately on suspicious activity, including at night and at weekends. That way an attack is stopped before there's any damage.
Do we get a report on our security?
Yes. You get an overview of the measures in place, useful for your own records and for when a client or insurer asks.
