Send confidential documents encrypted and share them safely with clients, from the email and folders your team already uses. No separate app, no passwords in a second email.
Encrypted email from your regular mailbox
Share files with a link that expires
See who opened what, and when

This is what we see most often at firms that work with sensitive client data.
A contract with personal data goes out as a regular attachment. Once sent, there's no more control over the document.
Large files go through a free transfer service, because the mailbox can't handle them.
A colleague accidentally emails the wrong file to the wrong client, and it can't be recalled.

The email is written as usual, with the option to send it encrypted. The recipient opens it securely, even without any special software of their own.

Instead of an attachment, a link to the file is sent. That link can expire or be revoked, and you can see when the file was opened.
We set it up so emails containing, for example, a citizen service number or bank account number are encrypted automatically, and a warning appears for an external recipient.

We look at which licences are already in place and how the team sends confidential documents now.

Stay as you are, or have it arranged?
Indication
If you already have Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, you can often send encrypted email with your existing licence. Then the only costs are for set-up and rules. In the consultation we look at what's already in place.

A dedicated contact who comes on site
Does the recipient notice the encryption?
Hardly. If the recipient also has a secure environment, the email simply arrives. Otherwise they get a link to open the email securely, with a quick check of their email address. No software is needed.
Does this work with Outlook and Gmail?
Yes. Sending happens from your existing mailbox, in both Outlook and Gmail. No separate app or website is added.
Is this required under the GDPR?
The GDPR doesn't prescribe a specific technique, but it does require appropriate security. If special categories of personal data or a citizen service number are emailed, encrypted sending is generally seen as the minimum. If in doubt about what applies, your own legal adviser or data protection officer is the right person to ask.
Can we roll it out for part of the team?
Yes. We often start with colleagues who handle sensitive documents, such as finance or HR, and expand later.
We look at which licences are already in place and how the team works now. Often it's possible with what you already pay for, just set up properly.
